Nightly Rates:

Ariel's Nest: $110 per night plus 12.416% tax
Emma’s Cottage: $120 per night plus 12.416% tax
Noah’s Cottage: $130 per night plus 12.416% tax
$80 cleaning fee.

DJ's Hale : $1600 per week plus 12.416% tax
$200 cleaning fee, $500 deposit

Discounts available for stays of 14 or more nights.

A three night minimum stay is required. A $200 deposit per week will secure your reservation and the balance of your rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Checks should be made payable to DJ Colbert and mailed to the P O Box below. Directions are e-mailed once payment is received and any special requests from guests are welcomed.

Cancellation policy: full refund is given if the cottage can be resold for the length of original rental request. A percentage of rental will be refunded depending on the timeliness of cancellation notice.
